CPMS is backed by a well-trained, professional staff of property managers, accounting managers, and administrative assistants to provide full service management services to our clients.

Pamela K. Van Vleck

Director of Property Management/Broker/Partner


Pamela serves as the primary coordinator between owners and their tenants. She is responsible for responding to tenant inquiries, initiating landlord to tenant notices and correspondence. Pamela directs and oversees the accounting and administrative staff of our Company.


C. Gene Van Vleck

Asset Manager/Partner


Gene serves as the primary coordinator of the ‘physical’ responsibilities for the properties managed. He works closely with the appropriate vendors and contractors, overseeing tenant improvements, and coordinating work schedules with the general contractor and their subs. Gene oversees the day-to-day responses to building issues, supervises and directs our team of property managers.

Personal Executive Assistant to the Director of Property Management


Debbie has been our primary ‘team’ leader. For 10 years and has worked her way through all positions within the company before being promoted to her current position. Debbie focuses on assisting the Director with maintaining strong tenant/owner relations, overseeing rent collections, lease administration, and maintaining Owners’ insurance files.


Peggy Hasak

Sr. Accounting Manager


Peggy began her career with CPMS 8 years ago and is the primary financial contact for all of our owners. Peggy is detail oriented and focuses on the day to day financial analysis and reporting for each property. Peggy oversees the entire accounting staff.


Denise Martin

Accounts Payable Manager


Denise has been with CPMS for over 5 years. Denise works in processing receipts and payments to third party vendors and contractors. She is responsible for processing all invoices, income, an assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.


Marina Joel

Assistant Accounting Coordinator


Marina recently joined CPMS and has been focusing on tenant/vendor insurance files, assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and assisting with monthly financial reports.


Jane M. Michaud

Director of Management Operations


Jane has been working in various departments of the company since 2001. Her current position focuses on handling all aspects of both property management and financial reporting for several portfolio client owned properties. She also assists the accounting department in various financial tasks.


Bill Birthright II, CPM, P.E.

Bill joined CPMS over six years ago and is our primary Property Manager for our Naples portfolio of properties. Bill is a conscientious, detail-oriented professional who provides his clients with thorough and accurate reports, recommendations and property inspections.


Tonya Pitstick

Tonya has been with CPMS for over five years. She focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners. She responds daily to service calls, works with vendor/contractor scheduling, tenant maintenance issues and handles a portfolio of over 17 properties, including two of our largest client owned properties.


Maureen Faiella

Maureen’s primary focus is overseeing the tenants, vendors and owners of the property portfolio she manages. She also brings excellent background in the area of new construction and working directly with contractors on tenant improvements.


Tammy Cassin

Assistant Asset Manager


Tammy has worked in our accounting department having recently being promoted to Assistant Asset Manager. She focuses on handling all aspects of both property management and financial reporting for one of our large portfolio clients with properties stretching from Naples to Sarasota, Florida, as well as one of our largest locally owned properties.
