Asset Recovery is a term that is descriptive of the process Lenders and Receivers use to manage and dispose of assets through sale, bankruptcy, foreclosure, etc.
CPMS works hand-in-hand with lenders and their servicing agents to evaluate manage and liquidate non-performing assets. CPMS can work with REO (real estate owned) properties directly with the corresponding Lenders or move to being appointed by the courts to act as a Receiver for the asset.
We formulate a platform of services to implement based on the specific needs of each asset. We work through all steps of evaluation, receivership (when required), full service property management, income stabilization, marketing/leasing and working towards the final disposition of the asset through our own Company or by a competitive selection process that places the asset with the best possible brokerage firm to assist in those efforts.
